The 'Visionaries for a Just and Peaceful World' will need to have a 'big idea' that addresses JRCT's key themes of Peace and Justice. Their vision can encompass the whole world or a specific part of it. Most importantly they must have the determination to transfer their idea into action.
Visionaries will need to have most of following qualities:
The six successful applicants will be paid for five years in order to achieve their vision.
If you, or someone you know, is a potential 'visionary', download an application pack from the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust Visionaries website. Applications are however restricted to people who are over 21 and normally resident in Great Britain or Ireland.
