A peaceful candle lit vigil for Habib 'Paps' Ullah followed by a public meeting on deaths in custody.

• Wednesday 3 December 2008, 5-7pm outside High Wycombe police station. Followed by a public meeting from 7pm at Bucks New University, (main lecture hall).
