Concern over skinhead attacks

The Human Rights Project are concerned about skinhead attacks in the city of Pleven, most often against Roma and African students from the local Medical Academy.

In one incident, a Roma soldier returning home on leave had his skull smashed when he was attacked by skinheads who overheard him talking in the Roma language.
