Travel materials perpetuate racist myths

Romnews has called for action to be taken against travel books and brochures that perpetuate racist myths against the Romany.

The new Marco Polo Travel guide written by Norbert Levandowski claims that there is no persecution of Romania's Roma and that 'in addition to...idleness, the gypsies most loved activity is music...Beware! The Gypsy is commonly raw, bad but harmless.
