A second post-mortem is to be carried out into the death of Donovan Williams who was arrested for suspicion of possessing drugs and died while in custody at Peckham police station.

The results of the initial post-mortem carried out by a Home Office doctor on behalf of the Police Complaints Authority were inconclusive.
